For this independent feature set in contemporary Los Angeles, I photographed bartenders, waitresses, dancers, liquor bottles and various bar and club activity -- then manipulated the images to give a chaotic and somewhat inebriated, abstract vision of bars and drinking (helped tremendously by Howlin' Maggie's powerful song, "Alcohol.")
