"Little Heroes"

The challenge when editing a film about cute animals doing cute things is to make it seem as though the cute animals are really doing those cute things -- and without help from their trainers. Though both dogs in this film were fairly well-trained in animal antics, often they did not do exactly as the director wanted. Much of the film's success relied on creative editing that, hopefully, does not show.
As you'll see, the film revisits the basic "Home Alone" scenario, with the dogs protecting a home against two Laurel and Hardy-style kidnappers. I had a great deal of fun editing this material, and subsequently worked on the film's sequel.
